Please read BEFORE booking a tour with us!  Thank you

  • We welcome guests of all abilities and will do our best to facilitate access to individuals with mobility challenges.  However, we are a working farm and many areas are simply not wheelchair accessible.  If you have particular requirements, please contact us to discuss how we can assist in making your visit possible.

  • We do not allow ANY offsite animals, including assistance, therapeutic, or support animals, certified or not on the property. Please leave pets safely at home. The number #1 killer of alpacas is the domestic dog.  It is incredibly frightening to them and our livestock guardian dogs will respond as expected which can result in serious injury/death to your pet.

  • For the safety of the animals, we do NOT allow ANY helium balloons, NO type of tobacco products (including vaping, chew, cigarettes or cigars) or chewing gum.

  • Please do not bring treats or other food items for any of the animals.  Alpacas have a long list of foods that are dangerous for them.  Treats will be provided for you!

  • Please leave your pets at home!! Hot cars are definitely not a safe place for pets to wait for you while you’re on a tour.

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed in the animal areas.  Picnics before or after farm tours are permitted in the provided picnic tables by the farm store.

  • Tours may be cancelled for inclement weather and guests will be notified by email/text of cancellation.  If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us before the tour to make reschedule arrangements. No shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Please be respectful of our time.

  • DO NOT pet the livestock guardian dogs.

  • Although there is a very good chance that some of the alpacas will allow you to touch them, we do not guarantee touch interaction during these events. The animals are very curious and will approach for treats and attention. They come up to the fences and get close but may not want to be touched. You might be able to rub the necks of an alpaca or cow but please know this is NOT a guaranteed interaction.  Goats on the other hand LOVE people and treats.
